Shipping policy

Please make note that most of our products are preorders and can take from 2-8 weeks to arrive.  Most products arrive within 2-4 weeks and we have to sort the items, package them, label them and then get them to you.  This is not Amazon but a one person show so please know we are going as fast as possible.  We will post all updates on our page or by email, message or contact you to let you know what to expect if an exception has occurred.  There will be times when shipping can take longer to reach us due to unforeseen circumstances.  Please be aware this could happen as we do not have all items on hand.  We make every effort to ship out as soon as possible or deliver but sometimes things do not allow us to get them out immediately.  We promise to give you the best customer service and stand behind our work but want to make it clear that there are times delays happen and we want to make sure that is understood.  There are times when we have not received all items and the warehouse has been out of stock and your item did not ship with our first round of packages.  If this is the case, and the TAT of 8 weeks has passed and we still do not have your item, you are welcome to get Posh Cash Credits in the amount of your purchase or exchange it for an in stock item if you do not wish to wait for your item to arrive.
