We have a NO RETURN policy, which means ALL SALES ARE FINAL after receiving your item(s) unless we approve the return due to special circumstances.
Under special circumstances, which will be approved by Posh & Personalized 39367 first before agreeing to a return, you must meet these eligibility requirements to proceed. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide us with a response or reasoning for the return that clearly justifies an item being returned for us to approve it.
If your return is denied, you may request to resale your item within our group at no extra charge.

Please note that returns will need to be approved before proceeding or mailing any products back. If you proceed without approval we will not credit you for the return.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. We want you to be happy with your purchase and hope that you will be satisfied so we are always willing to work with you! When making a purchase please be aware of size charts, measurements and any and all references that are available. We have a 5 day exchange policy from the day you receive your item on any non personalized or perishable item and must be approved by management before you are allowed to make an exchange.
Refunds(Exception to the Rule)
If we agree to process a refund under special circumstances, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded with Posh Cash Credits aka store credit within 24-48 hours of your return. You must have a customer account setup on our website in order to use your Posh Cash Credits.
